Toto Online receives a fine from KSA for breaking the rules regarding gambling advertisements

Toto Online was fined €400,000 by the Dutch gaming authority Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) for sending gambling advertisements to young persons. Operators are not allowed to advertise to anyone under the age of twenty-three in the Netherlands, but the KSA discovered that Toto Digital marketing had been emailing its entire customer base.
From the beginning of October of last year, when the country's regulated online gambling industry opened, to February 1 of this year, there were violations of the advertising laws in the Netherlands.

How many times had KSA been sending out their warning signal, yet some casinos still proved obstinate. Among them is Toto Online. And this is why KSA don't think twice by leveling a charge to the tune of €400,000 on it. This would serve as a lesson to all.
