The National Lottery Association of Turkey has banned Twitch and Kick because of worries about gambling on the well-known live streaming platforms.
Concerns regarding gambling being streamed on Twitch and Kick, its rival, have been leveled at least a few times in the past.
Twitch has previously been blocked in several nations. Twitch announced in late 2023 that, as a result of unaffordable operating expenses, it would be ceasing operations in South Korea on February 27, 2024.
