Twitch comes under fire in Sweden for online casino advertising

Following a television investigation that revealed the extent of advertising of unlicensed online casinos, Twitch has faced criticism in Sweden.

Twitch banned the promotion of online casino operators that offer slots, roulette, or dice games without licenses in the US or other countries with adequate consumer protection in 2022. Stake.com, Rollbit.com, Duelbits.com, and Roobet.com were specifically named at the time. In response, it outlawed the promotion of skin gambling last year.
