Two New York legislators endorse introduction of online lottery and iGaming in state

In a statement, two influential New York lawmakers stated that the state cannot afford to stay away from online lottery games and legal iGaming. They think the outlets could bring in over $1 billion in additional tax revenue for the government annually.

They both supported allowing sports betting and internet wagering in the state. They now want to allow the New York Lottery to host games and sell tickets online for well-known products like Mega Millions and Powerball, as well as expand slot machines and table games to the internet.
