Two Toronto residents, Ernesto Rasing, 38, and an unnamed individual, face charges tied to online gaming fraud in Ontario.

The Ontario Provincial Police and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission investigated identity theft and fraudulent activities on the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation iGaming platform.

On December 21, 2023, Rasing was formally charged with fraud, identity theft, and possessing forged documents.
