The UK's third Culture Secretary within twelve months, parliament member Lucy Frazer, is optimistic that the administration's white paper on gambling will be released soon. She is taking her time, though, and since the session of congress is approaching its conclusion this month, there might be yet another delay. Commencing in February, Frazer assumed leadership of the Department of Culture, Media, and Sport. This was a part of the government of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak being reorganized. The white paper, which has been in development for more than two years, is directly under the control of the DCMS. Governmental changes over those two years have also had an impact on a number of programs.
