UK government estimates £166.2 million revenue loss due to new slot limits

A £166.2 million annual loss in gross gaming revenue is projected by the UK government as a result of the new online slot stake limits.

Part of the UK's white paper on gambling reform, which was unveiled on Friday, the plans aim to update the nation's gambling laws for the digital era.

The gross gambling yield may drop by 5.2% as a result of the new restrictions, according to the Department for Culture, Media, and Sports.
