When it comes to diversity and workplace inclusion, the US gaming industry outperforms the majority of other business sectors. The American Gaming Association (AGA), the leading lobbying organization in Washington, DC, working on behalf of commercial and tribal casinos, iGaming operators, and sportsbooks, has amassed new evidence that supports this claim.The AGA created its "Gaming Industry Workforce Diversity Report" by analyzing the demographic workforce data from each of its 26 member companies in order to assess the state of diversity in the US gaming industry. According to the AGA, the data showed significant improvements throughout the entire industry.
