US sportsbooks looking to take advantage of NFL kickoff

Prior to the NFL season, Fanatics Sportsbook and FanDuel are the first major US sportsbooks to announce marketing offers. In an attempt to attract new clients, both are rerunning their most effective previous campaigns.

The biggest chance for US sportsbooks to acquire new customers of the year is in the run-up to NFL kickoff.

Offers can take many different shapes. A few sportsbooks provide their patrons with matching funds or bet credits. Some provide loyalty program-related points or incentives. Others provide products or services; these include Fanatics and FanDuel.
 
That is exactly the right thing from the business sense and point of view both the companies know that advertising their services at this point could lead to new customers and lots of revenue that is why they are doing things in competition
