VBet completes acquisition of Parimatch brand

Growe's brand, Parimatch Brazil, has been acquired by operator VBet, which will start using the new VBet Brand name after the transaction is finalized.

Growe and VBet have announced plans to finalize a new acquisition of the latter's Brazilian business. Players from Parimatch Brazil started switching to the VBet platform in December 2024 in accordance with the new agreement.
