Vici Properties has used money from its Partner Asset Growth Fund to assist Century Casinos' plan to build a new hotel and casino on its facility in Caruthersville, Missouri.
Vici will take ownership of the real estate upgrades connected to these sites, which are projected to cost about $51.9 million and include a 38-room hotel building, under an addendum to the two parties' current master agreement.
