Victoria man wins $1million lottery and shares news after watching football match

A Victoria man had to take a moment, or several, after learning he had won a $1 million lottery prize in August.He says he bought the ticket and scanned the winning numbers last month, but didn’t celebrate right away.He says he watched an entire football game at home before letting the news sink in.After that, he invited his son and daughter-in-law over for dinner, where he shared the news.
