Greenplay, a Danish igaming company and a subsidiary of the Spanish group Codere Online Management Services, was recently acquired by Vita Media Group.
As part of its broader growth strategy, Vita Media plans to improve its market position in the European and Latin American markets by integrating the casino brand into its OMG Affiliates division, becoming the seventh company to do so.
All affiliates who are currently using the Greenplay casino in accordance with their contracts with Codere Online Management Services will be moved to the OMG Affiliates platform as a consequence of the merger.
