Wadebridge wellness project receives £20,000 National Lottery funding

A £20,000 National Lottery grant has been given to a health and wellness project located in Wadebridge.

Thanks to the funding, Project Restart, a collaboration between Sea Holly Therapies and Concern Wadebridge at The John Betjeman Centre, can now continue to provide its services for an additional two years.

The project began more than two years ago, and last year it had over 400 participants.

It provides free workshops on wellbeing and holistic therapies to people with both short- and long-term medical conditions, including life-limiting illnesses like cancer, dementia, and stroke. It benefits recent bereaved individuals as well as caregivers.
