Warning for violating iGaming Advertising Rules: Holland Casino

Holland Casino has been advised by the Netherlands' gambling watchdog, the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), to stop promoting the locations of land-based casinos on its gaming website.
When the iGaming market in Holland was completely authorized in October 2021, according to a KSA probe, links on Holland Casino's online game site pointed to details about the location of the company's ground casinos.
Advertising of this kind on Dutch iGaming websites is forbidden by the Netherlands Remote Gambling Act.

Every casino operators should abide with the rule based on what was agreed in the terms of reference. They should not be bending the rule in their favour without considering the impact such action would has on the law.
