Well, on my own side, I will say No, slot machines do not have any sort of algorithm that rewards players when they start playing and then takes the winnings and the players' bankrolls away as they continue to play.

It was definitely fascinating, because on my first day, even though I was bemused watching the games in the casino room, I managed to learn a trick or two which helped me further down the line.
