West Virginia senator arrested for performing sexual gratification at gambling establishment

According to prosecutors, a Republican state senator from West Virginia was taken into custody after allegedly indulging in self-pleasure in a video lottery parlor.

He caused a stir when he was arrested in 2019 on a misdemeanor charge of soliciting a prostitute. Due to a lack of proof, the charge was eventually dropped.

The senator's presence at the video gambling establishment may have something to do with his longstanding support of the gaming industry in West Virginia's Northern Panhandle.
