West Virginia signs agreement to allow for multi-state online poker

West Virginia has joined New Jersey, Delaware, Michigan and Nevada as part of the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement. The agreement will allow online poker players to play against all others in states participating in the agreement.

Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement is a Delaware-based corporation that oversees those involved in the agreement. Michigan, Nevada and West Virginia offer online poker while Delaware and New Jersey have the ability to add full online gaming on top of online poker offerings.
