WeWinGames files lawsuit against Betfred

According to the lawsuit, which was filed in Clark County District Court, WeWinGames and Betfred had a 2022 agreement whereby the latter company agreed to provide affiliate services to the operator and direct customers to its mobile sportsbook in Arizona and Colorado.According to the terms of the contract, Betfred was supposed to pay a $300 commission for each customer that WeWinGames referred who made a minimum $10 deposit and opened a gaming account.The plaintiff went on to say that Ohio was eventually added to the agreement. Additionally, it was changed to include larger commissions for more valuable users who placed large bets on the site.
