What approach did you take towards gambling intially?

Initially, I approached gambling with a mixture of excitement and curiosity. Like most beginners, I had a limited understanding of the risks involved and often made impulsive decisions without considering proper risk management. This lack of strategy and knowledge resulted in frequent losses.

However, instead of giving up, I decided to educate myself about the intricacies of gambling. I began by researching different games and their odds, learning about various betting strategies, and understanding the importance of bankroll management.

One major shift in my approach was embracing responsible gambling. I set a budget, designated a portion of my disposable income specifically for gambling, and strictly adhered to it. This helped me avoid chasing losses and maintain a healthier balance between my gambling activities and other aspects of life.

Additionally, I started to view gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a guaranteed income source. This change in mindset allowed me to approach each gambling session with a more relaxed and enjoyable attitude. By not putting excessive pressure on myself to win, I was able to make more rational and informed decisions.

Another crucial aspect of my revised approach was diversifying my gambling activities. Instead of solely focusing on one particular game, I explored various options such as blackjack, poker, and sports betting. This not only added more variety to my gambling experience but also allowed me to find games that I enjoyed and had a better chance of winning at.

Lastly, I sought advice from more experienced gamblers and joined online gambling communities. Engaging in discussions and sharing experiences with others helped me gain valuable insights, learn new strategies, and avoid common pitfalls.

Overall, my initial losses served as a catalyst for change, prompting me to adopt a more calculated and informed approach to gambling. Through continuous learning, responsible gambling practices, diversification, and community engagement, I have been able to minimize losses and increase the possibility of making profits from gambling.

Most people always gambling to be their main source of money. That's why they always feel disappointed when the reverse becomes the case. Gambling should be seen as just a way to earning secondarily and not really primarily.

Being able to manage your risk effectively is a key part of making money from gambling, rather than just chasing losses. Can I ask what exactly you did differently after you started learning about risk management?
