There are plenty of reasons to hang out in a casino besides just throwing money away at the slots and tables!
The restaurants are always open and some actually have pretty decent food. After a few drinks, the prime rib isn’t too shabby. The shows are usually pretty lavish too, especially the big name headliners. I’ve seen some hilarious stand-ups and jaw-dropping magicians over the years.
The casino floor itself has become an attraction. Some casinos are like huge mall districts with stores, shopping arcades, aquariums, giant screens, and lots of space to walk around. They’ve really upped their ambiance game.
At the end of the day though, the gambling brings me back. The thrill of the chase keeps me coming back for more, wallet be damned! The casino has something for everyone whether you want to gamble, eat, drink, watch a show or just people watch. There are countless ways to beat the weekday blues or celebrate the weekend - so might as well do it in style, right?! And in my book, that’s what casinos are all about.
