Players with a high VPIP (Voluntarily Put In Pot) in poker tend to be more aggressive and willing to play a wide range of hands. Some common characteristics of players with high VPIP include:

Getting involved in a higher percentage of hands
Playing a lot of hands
Playing more speculative hands preflop, such as suited connectors and low pocket pairs
Generally being looser with their hand selection
Having a lower PFR (Preflop Raise) percentage, indicating they are more likely to call or limp into a pot instead of raising
