In poker, the hand rankings determine the strength of a player's hand relative to other players' hands. The standard hand rankings, from highest to lowest, are as follows:

Royal Flush: This is the highest-ranking hand and consists of the Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and Ten of the same suit.

Straight Flush: This hand contains five cards of consecutive rank and the same suit. The highest straight flush is the Royal Flush, so the highest possible straight flush is.
If multiple players have straight flushes, the one with the highest-ranking card wins.

Four of a Kind: This hand has four cards of the same rank, accompanied by any fifth card. If multiple players have four of a kind, the one with the higher-ranking set of four cards wins.

Full House: A Full House consists of three cards of one rank and two cards of another rank. If multiple players have a full house, the one with the higher-ranking set of three cards wins.

Flush: This hand contains any five cards of the same suit, not in consecutive order. If multiple players have a flush, the one with the highest-ranking card wins. If the highest card is the same, the second-highest card is compared, and so on.

Straight: A straight consists of five cards in consecutive rank but can be of any suit. For example, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. If there are multiple straights, the one with the highest-ranking card wins.

Three of a Kind: This hand has three cards of the same rank, accompanied by any two other cards. If multiple players have three of a kind, the one with the higher-ranking set of three cards wins.

Two Pair: This hand contains two cards of one rank, two cards of another rank, and one additional card. If multiple players have two pair, the one with the higher-ranking pairs wins. If the pairs are the same, the highest remaining card (kicker) is compared.

One Pair: This hand consists of two cards of the same rank, accompanied by three other cards. If multiple players have one pair, the one with the higher-ranking pair wins. If the pair is the same, the highest remaining cards (kickers) are compared.

High Card: This is the lowest-ranking hand. It occurs if no player has any of the above hands. The highest-ranking card in a player's hand determines the winner. If multiple players have the same highest card, the second-highest card is compared, and so on until a winner is determined.

It's important to note that in certain variations of poker, such as Texas Hold'em, players can use a combination of their own hole cards and the community cards to form the best hand. Also, the number of cards used to form a hand may vary depending on the game variant being played, such as 5-card or 7-card poker games.

I think Three of a Kind like Three cards of the same rank.
Two Pair like Two pairs of cards of the same rank. One Pair like Two cards of the same rank. like High Card like If no player has any of the above hands, the player with the highest ranking card in their hand wins.

Making strategic decisions during gameplay requires knowledge of these hand rankings. It aids players in determining how likely they are to win against opponents and how valuable their hands are in different circumstances.
