It should not be any surprise that Barcelona is the clear favorite going into this game and will aim to dominate a Espanyol squad that is fighting for its playoff life at the other end of the league. Even though derby games frequently provide surprises, we have a hard time believing it will happen in this game. Barcelona should be very powerful and easily win this match. My prediction for Barcelona vs. Espanyol is a victory for the home team and more than 2.5 goals.

I think it's easy to say now that if Barcelona I not playing Really Madrid, the team can beat any team this season. I don't think espanol is that team that can stop Barcelona this season
