What do you do when you have a bad streak?

To be honest, the first thing I would do is probably take a break and step away from the tables for at least 30-45 minutes. When luck isn't going my way and losses start to pile up, frustration creeps in quickly and clouds my judgment. Some food, conversation with friends outside the game or light exercise is always a good reset. A little break helps me remember that this is still just poker, I'm here to enjoy myself, and this downswing won't last forever.
