What do you think of the player who makes Slow Roll, in poker?

This guy thinks he's hot stuff just because he 'slow rolls' his chips. Like taking his sweet time placing a bet is going to intimidate anyone at this table. We've all seen halfway decent players try this tactic, trying to gain some imagined edge through deliberate mind games.

The truth is, it just annoys everyone else and makes the game take twice as long. Slow rolling only works on fish, and this character clearly underestimates the caliber of player at a table with this amount of action. His shrugs and smirks might get under someone else's skin, but I can see right through this attempt at showmanship. The only edge I'm interested in is the one I can gain through superior cards and skill. Maybe if he focused less on his image, he'd actually stand to win more at the end of the night.
