What does a poker flop mean?
The first three communal cards given face-up to the table in a game of poker are known as the flop. The second round of betting begins with the flop, and each player still in the hand has the option to check, wager, or fold.
Each player combines their two hole cards with their best five-card hand and the three cards from the flop. This means that the flop has the potential to substantially change the strength of a player's hand and their ability to place bets. For instance, a player with a great hand before the flop might get even stronger after it, or their hand might get weaker if the flop doesn't compliment it.
