In the context of poker, fill typically refers to drawing a card that completes a strong hand, such as a straight, flush, full house, or straight flush. For example, if a player has four cards of the same suit and then draws a fifth card of that same suit, they have filled their flush. Similarly, if a player has two cards of the same rank and then draws three more cards of matching rank, they have filled their full house. The term "fill" can also be used more broadly to refer to any card that improves a player's hand
