What does panda mean in baccarat?

I hope you guys will not say that I am disturbing you with different kind of questions on baccarat. I was listening to some of guys who are talking about baccarat games and they keep mentioning about Panda. I know that panda is very common in some of the cartoons and home videos for the children. but I believe that panda will mean something else in bacarat game.

The question I want to ask you guys is that what is the meaning of panda in baccarat the game? I want somebody to shed more light on it thanks in advance.

Panda means a player’s hand in baccarat that has a point count of eight with a total of three cards dealt and the banker’s hand that has a point count of less than eight.
