What has changed in poker when compared to last 10 years ago?

Well if I had to pick the biggest change, I'd say it's the way people approach the game now. Bluffing and value betting used to come natural, now kids study pot odds and equity like it's their day job. Everything's so damn calculated. Makes the plays less fun if ya ask me.

Some other shifts: way more small stakes games and tournaments spring up every month it seems. Manufactured stars get created overnight. People don't know how to read hands anymore, just gonna call any two cards these days. Online chips don't actually feel like real money to most players, so they spew it around like it's nothing. I personally like the old days of smoke-filled room, grizzled Cowboys, and hellraising games that lasted all night long. But a cash is a cash, even if the game ain't quite the same. Poker's always evolving, that's the only thing you can really count on!
