A sign-in ticket is a winning ticket that carries value that is more than 100,000 Nigerian naira . The sign-in ticket cannot be collected over-the-counter from the Lotto agents across the country . The only place you could collect the sign-in ticket is the headquarters of the Lotto company. So if you have a signing ticket which is a ticket that has a winning value more than 100,000 Nigerian naira, you will need to go to the headquarters to receive your winnings.

I have heard about this before but I do not know how it operate. Thanks for sharing this information . It seems I now have a full grasp of what sign-in ticket means because I've seen people talk about signing tickets here and there.

In a 5/90 lottery system, "sign-in tickets" refer to tickets that have been purchased with a PIN. These tickets are typically purchased online, through a mobile app, or at a self-service kiosk. When you purchase a sign-in ticket, you will be asked to enter your PIN.
