The time you spent at the poker table should be minimised . I would reckon that you shouldn't spend too much time at the table so that you will not get to addicted. if you spend 24 hours every two days on the game , it is to the extreme because once you keep doing this, there's absolutely no way you would not get too attached and you will become addicted which is not the best thing.
