What is the longest time frame you have gotten a feedback from a betting site regarding an issue ?

Although the longest Time frame period for me was actually about 7 days ,and I was really so pained , because was expecting my issues to get resolved faster and not take longer than this period ,which could actually be a very big problem for me to solve and that's the thing there

So I would love to know like What is the longest time frame you have gotten a feedback from a betting site regarding an issue ?

In my case, the longest time that I have gone without response from a customer care team pertaining to my query is five hours. It seemed like an eternity as well, as I was really desperate to take care of that particular issue
