I think there are some minimum betting odds most gamblers actually places on a betting slips ,they actually don't place more than that amount of odds when betting , they make sure they actually caution how they place bets so they would actually not be in problem or issues of making more losses that would cost them

Yes I feel it actually depends ,there are some betting sites that actually accepts such amount , and i think some people have actually won huge amount with such amount of money and others ,they have been able to make gains off this I think
