This is the same as my country too. The minimum age for gambling here is eighteen years old.

Well, some people lie about their age and they are able to bypass it but they always have problem when it comes to KYC.

The minimu age limit restriction for gambling in Nigeria is 18years and it seems thats the minimum age limit in most countris where gambling is legal. But maybe due to exposure, some countries age limit is 21

But this is just theory regulation and not practicable. Go to many gambling shops and outlets, you would be surprised with the number of children overcrowding the place. The official minimum age for gambling is 18years above. But it is disappointed to notice lots of underage who are below that age, engaging in gambling and yet both government and platforms are paying lip services towards it. Minimum age limits are not enforceable in treatment of gambling in Nigeria.

The age limitation here in my country is 18 years. These are people who have received Identity cards and so they can use it for verification when visiting a gambling shop or when registering in a casino site. Though the later is not so strict on checking for age limitations. That is why you still find many minors in this country still engaging in gambling and many getting addicted to it.
