There should be a standard number of times that is expected to gamble in a month . If you are a gambler , this number of times will limits the risk that is involved in gambling and you won't do it constantly. This is why it is what should be done occasionally and not all the time. There are punters who do not follow this rules and and end up getting addicted which could be very catastrophic.

Actually there's no any recommended time for gambling in the world and you can gamble as many times as you want in a month, no law is against that. Bit you just have to loom at yourself and i know if gambling so many times is favoring you or not. It's not actually a good thing to get addicted to something especially gambling

Gambling at the right time is what matters and not the number of time you are able to gamble in a month , the right time to gamble is when you have the right amount of money to risk and if you do not have the money to risk it is never the right time.
