Wan Doy pairs is a term used in poker to describe two pairs of identical cards in a single hand. For example, if you are dealt two 10s and two Kings, you have a Wan Doy pair. This is a rare hand, and is usually only seen in high-stakes poker games. It is an especially powerful hand, as it is virtually impossible to beat. The only way to beat it is to have four of a kind, or a straight flush, both of which are very rare. A Wan Doy pair is a great way to win a pot, as long as you are able to bluff or otherwise convince your opponents that you are holding a stronger hand than you actually are.
