I think I actually had a problem with excessive gambling , Because I was actually not taking risks management and precautions so serious , I was just gambling and I wasn't understanding the way I was gambling , and I believe that one thing about gambling is actually taking precautions on how you invest so you actually don't run into more loss

I think that one problem that I managed to alleviate myself with respect to gambling was my reckless outlay at the casino. Through my determination and resolve, I managed to deploy budgeting and bankroll management for my own financial benefit

it was the problem of pursuing losses. I always want to win back what I have lose but it always ended in more losses so I gave my self sense and stop pursuing losses unnecessarily
