What should I do if I miss the flop with a suited connector?

Fellow players, suited connectors are good hands to play aggressively pre-flop but can easily miss the flop. So what should you do if you miss the flop with a suited connectivity? In my view, much depends on the board texture and action. If the flop is drawn-out, consider giving up cheaply. But if it's dry, use pot odds to justify a continuation bet. Hitting your draw on the turn or river could make a big hand. As always, play the odds and the player, not just your cards.

Fold is the most conservative option. If you don't have a good hand, it's usually best to fold and save your chips for a better opportunity.
Check. This is a neutral option. It allows you to see what the other players do without committing any more chips.
Call is a more aggressive option. It allows you to stay in the hand and see if you can improve your hand on later streets. However, it also risks losing more chips if you don't improve your hand.
