The only solution out of this issue is for you to contact the online casino customer supptand notify them about the issue, it should take them some few minutes or hours before they can be able to fix it, deposits may not reflect due to some issues but if the team were able to confirm your payment, then they should be able to update your dashboard themselves, just make sure you have a concrete proof that shows the date and time you made payment.
 
It's actually best for you to contact the customer care service ,there are some people that are actually facing this problem and they have to contact the customer care service unit , which helped them
