I believe that one thing a gambling site or platform customer care should not do is to actually ask for the personal and private details and information of the gambler instead of focusing on the problem , there are some gamblers that would actually not like this , they might actually report to the site admin as they would see it as an intending scam

It's really not going to be good if they really start showing impolite attitude , they could be losing the customers they actually have faster with their own certain behavior ,so they should not be involving in this no matter what I think tho

Customer care support should not display rude or foul language in any circumstance, because this is bound to annoy the customer which can have a snowball effect on the company's fortunes and reputation, to be honest.
 
Yeah the customer care support should only do just to good and responsive messages ,they should actually not display all rude and foul langues ,I feel it's actually not good for the development of the platform
 
As a customer care support yiu should not be asking your customers about there banking details and when you're been asked of your bank details which surely create room for suspicious activity and customer will move out of the platform
