What sort of bet should you rely on to prevent placing a string of bad bets?

My belief is that bettors should rely on favored known bet types in order to avoid placing several wrong bets.
Most people will choose any form of wager as long as it sounds reasonable. You should rely on well-known bet kinds like Winner, Double Chance, and Both Teams to Score to prevent placing a string of bad bets. You can think about handicap bets if you know them. Just be careful not to choose unproven bet types.
