Jackpot is one of the common games and events people participate in United States. about 40% of the population look forward to win jackpot in their lifetime. people are winning huge amount of money beyond their imagination.

I don't know the state that has the highest lottery winner, but I'm thinking of the United States of America because they have a lots of lottery game lovers and alots of them has win it before, i need to make some research to confirm which state really have the highest
