What steps do you take when a particular uses complains too much ?

In the process of you running your casino platform , u believe that at times you might actually get disturbed by a user complain , there are some casino platform that would actually ignore and would not answer , while some might bear everything and probably answer the disturbance

What steps do you take when a particular uses complains too much ?
 
I believe that it is best for the customer care team of an online casino to be polite and courteous with the customer. Addressing their problems in detail will benefit both parties, to be quit,e honest.
 
Listen actively: Give the person an opportunity to express their concerns fully. Actively listen to their complaints without interrupting or becoming defensive. Show that you value their perspective and want to understand their concerns.
