I think there are different steps that you could be taking when gambling site is actually delaying your issues and I think one of them is actually emailing them and others , probably you could be able to get support and others , you could also still contact them on their socials they might gladly listen to your problem I think

If I an not able to reach them on the customer service hotline, I proceed to share my predicament on social media to grab their attention and leave them with no choice than to provide a remedy for the problem

Yeah the customer care representative are always there to help ,such that Incase there is any problem the person that actually want to get their site fixed can easily contact so that it would get resolved faster
