I do enjoy a lively game of poker most any time of day or weather suited my mood. Late evenings under the glow of the lanterns after a full belly of whiskey and steaks suit me just fine. The cooler night air and dwindling crowds mean I can settle in for some high stakes no-limit hold ‘em without distraction. But hell, a blazing hot sunny afternoon with a strong drink and the whole day ahead also has its charms. Any weather or sun that lets folks itch for a game suits a gamblin’ man like myself. The cards don’t care what’s goin’ on outside, they’ll deal out however the wind blows!
