When dealt a soft 17 containing an ace and a six-point card, should you always stand or would you hit based on the dealer's upcard? I prefer standing with a hard 17 most of the time since it is a good total. However, there may be times when the dealer's upcard is high that hitting could improve my hand without going bust. What is your preferred strategy for hard 17s to maximize wins in the long run?
