Once you are dealt Ace-Ace, also called pocket aces, you are ecstatic. However, going all-in before the flop, called stacking off, with these cards is not the right move every time. Though the chance of getting a big win is high, so is the chance of losing when another player is also dealt strong hands. It is wiser to first see the community cards and then decide to bet careful amounts rather than betting everything at once. Pocket aces are fantastic cards but playing them too aggressively can lead to painful losses. Betting delicately is the better tactic.
