When you try to reduce your gambling, do you become upset or restless?

At first it made me angry because I relapsed easily and quickly, but that little by little dissipates if you focus your attention on other things, the question is that, look for other things to focus on and leave gambling behind.
 
I do not become restless when i tried to reduce gambling activities, it's even important for a gambler to take break at times from betting to let you be able to save up, it's good to take break from betting and have other things doing.
