Blackburn Rovers' loss to Sunderland caused them to fall eight points behind second place in the battle for automatic promotion, and they will be looking to catch up when they play in-form Middlesbrough on Thursday. Middlesbrough is in 10th place with 33 points, while third-placed Blackburn has 39 points going into this game. Prior to this game, Blackburn Rovers had lost their previous two games. They had lost 4-1 to Nottingham Forest and 2-1 to Sunderland in league play. Blackburn Rovers will not enter this game with a lot of confidence after suffering four losses in their previous six league games, but the worst that can happen is that they lose again.

The last two games Blackburn Rovers played have ended in defeat. In league play, they have suffered defeats of 4-1 to Nottingham Forest and 2-1 to Sunderland. Blackburn Rovers won't be feeling very confident going into this game after losing four of their previous six league games, but the worst that can happen is that they lose once more.

I can't bet any straight wining for any teams between the two because the two teams didn't know how to score and it's better to predict goal goal and that can be a saver bet than betting on straight win

I was not opportuned to later check the outcome of the match but i initially predict Middlesbrough to win or draw because of its latest form in the championship. I think the team is one of the best there

Middlesborough have been on a sensational run this term, so even though they will travel to a good Blackburn side with a passionate crowd and looking to get playoff promotion themselves, they should eke out a slender win.
